Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund using the returns page:

*Any product that is faulty or you’re are not satisfied with can be returned up to 30 days from delivery. If you need to make a return, please send the product (in original plastic wrapping) along with a completed return form. We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items availability).

1. Fill out the Return Authorisation Request Form. Please note all required fields.

2. Once we have received your return request, our customer service team will review your submission.

3. Upon review, we will inform you by email of the status of your request. All returns should be sent according to the instructions in your confirmation email. Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.

4. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
Articles will not be accepted if:
– It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
– You have attempted to reassemble the product once broken

* We suggest that you include delivery/receipt confirmation service to ensure receipt of your item.
